Welcome to the Marco Realtor News. I am Joanne Tailele. I am a full-time Realtor with ERA Flagship Real Estate on Marco Island, Florida.
If you are not familiar with Marco Island, we are almost the last stop on the southwest coast of Florida. Next stop, the Everglades. Marco Island is four miles wide and six miles long with three and half miles of white sandy beaches on the west side of the island. The Gulf of Mexico is warm and usually very calm. We average 345 days of sunshine. Because of the gulf stream, Marco Island is rarely hit with the severe storms.
I have been a licensed agent for over twenty-four years. I started my real estate career in northern Virginia in Prince William County. After almost nine years in Virginia, my family and I moved back to my birth state of Ohio. When are children were grown, we decided to make the move to sunny Florida but had no idea where in Florida. The defining moment was crossing the bridge (above). At the top of that bridge, you look down on this beautiful tropical paradise, with beautiful single family homes. palm tree lines streets and mid and high-rise condos on the white sandy beach. I was hooked.
I am proud to be a Realtor on Marco Island and I serve all Collier county including Marco Island, Isle of Capri, Goodland, Naples and Everglade City.
